Once the Pre-Launch phase has been completed successfully we then introduce support services that will support the spa team continuously. We work hard to ensure the spa manager and team are happy with our support, therefore we offer a whole array of creative on-going solutions to encourage more retail and treatment sales following the brand launch.

The Promotions Calendar

The spa will be entitled to two exclusive promotions per year which we can help design in conjunction with you. These can vary from a gift with treatment bookings, express treatment promotion, further examples seen below:

  • In room – promotions offered in the hotel bedrooms to encourage an increase of hotel guest to spa guest conversion rate.
  • Expert Day - a member of the Exclusive Spa Brands team will be offered to the spa to supply treatments on the spa’s behalf at a reduced rate to the client which is then redeemable against the purchase of a retail product.
  • Treatments – hands on training of the treatment protocol.
  • Gift with Purchase – we have a number of different discovery size products for spas which can be offered free to clients when buying retail or booking treatments.

The Marketing Calendar

A marketing calendar is provided on a quarterly basis with information on any new product or treatment launches. This will help the spa revise the treatment menu ahead of new launches.

Mystery Shopper

We carry out random mystery shopping in conjunction with the Spa Manager. We will provide a full report which is given to the spa manager following the treatment with our findings. The report details areas of weakness, strengths and suggestions of how we can implement certain ideas for a better spa guest experience.

Joint Development Fund

Each time you place an order with us we allocate 7% of the sales value to the joint development fund. This is a fund that we manage on your behalf, the fund can be redeemed against point of sale material, brochures, bags, samples and testers. We can also work bespoke with our clients and allocate the fund towards specific activities aimed at driving incremental revenue.
