Treatment Menu

The first stage of Pre Launch is the agreement of the treatment menu and / or signature treatments. We will require the menu to be signed off by the relevant official within the spa.

Training

As part of any successful product launch it is imperative that all relevant staff is given comprehensive training. Our bespoke training sessions can be carried out at the client’s spa or at the Exclusive Spa Brands Training Academy in Chalfont St Peter, South Buckinghamshire. A full SUNDĂRI training session is 5 days (Monday to Friday) and Ytsara is 10 days (Monday to Friday) it is suggested that no more than 10 therapists attend per session.

Each training programme is tailored made based on the client’s requirements and will include:

  • Philosophy – the true understanding of the brand and the unique selling points.
  • Retail – “Selling Techniques” and not just product knowledge.
  • Treatments – hands on training of the treatment protocol.
  • Test / Certification - All therapists will be required to pass the theory and practical test to receive an official SUNDĂRI/Ytsara certificate.

Exclusive Spa Brands can also conduct training sessions for in-house trainers should this be requested. In house trainers are given an individual 5 day training session and are constantly invited to refresher courses and new treatment launches.

Refresher courses are carried out every six months. These courses are tailored made to the requests of the spa manager and therapists.

Launch Events

Exclusive Spa brands always recommend a launch event for any new product / treatment introduction. We will help design the event if required and will be there on the day to offer our support and expertise direct to your clients. As part of the event we can sponsor a select number of free goody bags which would include a bag, sample product and a brochure.

Staff incentive Programme

Your success is our success and therefore we feel it’s crucial to encourage the spa team to sell retail products. We hope that following our “Sales Technique” training, the team will feel encouraged and comfortable to sell. However, we like to reward success and therefore the team will be invited to join our staff incentive scheme. The incentive scheme can be designed bespoke in conjunction with the Spa Manager as we know that everyone’s motivations are different or we can provide a scheme that we have already in place.
